Hi:

 

The unit can not be unlocked.   It sounds like you have a VONAGE unit.
They made that unit so unless you have the password it won't be unlocked.
Now you know why Vonage is giving away the units for FREE.    They do make a
WRT54GP2-NA which is sold unlocked to ISP's but once the password is placed
into the unit then it is also locked.
