[Asterisk-biz] Starting a Phone Service in USA

to add some additional perspective, e-mail is a communications service. 
unless I'm unaware of any late news, voip is no different than sending an 
e-mail as far as tax laws are currently concerned. all about defining at 
this point, I believe.

this will change.
