Our main goal with this CRM is to import our Database from our current CRM
into a new Asterisk friendly CRM. (Can I say CRM one more time? :-p) The
main GUI would be for the call center to create and delete new accounts.
Pretty vanilla, as their will only be one type of account but 50,000
customers. Mainly we just need to turn them off and on, reset their
password, and verify status and CDR info. I open to any ideas and or
developers that may have a product that can do this. I am looking into
developing this one step further but we can discuss this off the list.
Please feel free to contact me directly at Mastern8 at gmail.com The best
possible scenerio is someone that can help us install a Asterisk based
Voicemail system with a CRM. time is of the essence so please feel free to
contact me whenever you see this. Thanks again!
