[Asterisk-biz] Anyone have a favorite CRM database that workswith Asterisk?

I am a huge fan of SugarCRM and have had the fortunate luck of working on
many custom add-ons for the OSS... However, "out of the box" SugarCRM Open
Source isn't all that sweet. 

 

If you are planning the deployment of SugarCRM Open Source there are many
sweeteners available http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums with step by step
instructions on how to install or upgrade the package. 

 

As for Asterisk, we currently use SugarCRM at our office and have created
custom add-ons for inventory control, customer service levels, policies/
permissions and are currently screen popping client contacts from Caller ID
or ANI information.
