What hardware are you using?
 
We are using the new Sangoma 104d card, and we're very happy with it.
Absolutely no echo and it's very stable.
We have been using Sangoma cards with Asterisk since version 1.0.
It's currently running on the latest release (1.2) in production.
 
We have also used the other Sangoma cards without any problems.
 
The driver is easy to install and it just works...
