[Asterisk-biz] Iconnecthere + LinkSys PAP2 <> Asterisk

Hello, 

I currently use Iconnecthere.com to make and receive VoIP calls. 
I use a simple telephone instrument along with LinkSys PAP2 Adapter. 

Is it possible to use Asterisk in this scenario. 
I need some simple facilities like Call Hold- with hold message/music, transfer to another extension when one is busy. 

I am totally new to IP-PBX. 
Pls advice.
