My preferred supplier did not stock this item, so I ordered an SPA-941 
from Telephonyware in Walnut Creek, CA.  What I received was an open box 
with the documentation and handset cord missing.  Because of this, my 
customer accused me of selling used equipment.

In an email, Kevin at Telephonyware said "I am looking into this.  I'll 
send a mail shortly with how to get this replaced", but they haven't 
answered subsequent emails.

Let the buyer beware!
