[Asterisk-biz] Need consultant to help connect Nortel Meridian to Asterisk

We need a consultant to help us connect a Nortel Meridian Option 81c PBX to
an Asterisk server using a direct T1 crossover cable. This will not require
any on-site visit. Currently, the two systems are physically connected by
the T1 cable, and there are no alarms on either side, but the PRI D channel
is not coming up. It's probably a simple setup issue that will not require
more than an hour, but we need someone who is more familiar with the Nortel
