Sadly, you are mistaken.  The US is one of two countries that tax its 
citizen's income world-wide.  While living in London, my tax returns 
were a full tweo inches thick because of US/UK tax law.

If you doubt this then I suggest you speak with a tax advisor at Earnst 
& Young.
