[Asterisk-biz] Buy somebody to create a new feature in asterisk?

If I would need a new feature in asterisk, and would like to pay for
it, where would it be most appropriate to announce this? Would it be
appropriate to send such a request to the asterisk-dev mailing list?

I am particularly interested in being able to remote control asterisk
to pick a certain call from a queue and direct that call out of the
queue to another extension.
