Sorry, but this is the biz list. He's in his right to make promo on this list. 
One of the few lists where you are EXPECTED to see commercial offerings.

It would be quite annoying thing if he sent out the same message several times 
a day. But in the end, for better or worse, it's still a biz list.

So if you don't like it - well, you have no recourse exept to block them, or 
leave it.
