Rehan, currently voip is not regulated, except for e-911 and law
enforcement access, but the FCC is considering full regulation.  Even
though you don't need a 214 now, many customers and carriers will
require it to do business with you.

If you decide to proceed, let's have a quick call to discuss the
process, fees, etc.
