[Asterisk-biz] USA 214 license

Rehan,

Asterisk is not defined on FCC Website, so is any VOIP equipment for
that matter. But FCC defined Facilities based services, which is
applicable to having TDM Switches, not the Linux computers with digium
cards in them.

By the way Netweb Group owned by me has the FCC214 license, which we
later found to be un-necessary. 
Many attornies are making money in this process by charging fee to file
the paperwork.

Calling card companies with Cisco equipment have been notified to get
the license as resellers of International termination though.
