[Asterisk-biz] Looking for inbound toll-free provider

What I am actually looking at doing is allowing approx 5,000 dialup users
to dial into a toll free number and initiate a dialup session.  I would
prefer to have as few toll-free numbers as possible.  Preferably one would
be best.  Also, once the initial 5k users are switched over, we may
continue to switch the remaining customers.  We could possibly have as many
as 3 million users using these toll free lines.

We are looking at trying to save some money by dropping our various POP
locations around the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico and replace them with one
toll-free line.
