I ½ agree with you.  I think it's important to expose bad business on here.
Prevent other people from getting burned from unscrupulous providers.  I
think it might have been better if you didn’t make the message as personal
as you did though.  I would of described the situation and the company.
That’s just my 2 cents.  I'm sure their will be many people who have voip
services or own voip providers on this list who fear the public exposure
that we can give and will moan about it.

Believe me, I felt so disgusted at myself while creating the first post.  It
was brought to my attention that I had made grammatical and spelling errors
by someone a list member.  So I dragged myself through creating a corrected
second post.  I am twice disgusted at myself but I feel it is important to
share my experience with others so that they are better informed.  If I can
prevent one single member from experiencing the grief and anguish I felt, it
will have made all this effort worthwhile -- including the time reading and
responding to your post.

I am unsure why this needed to be corrected here.  Once is one thing but
twice is just a bit over the top.  I should not be privy to this
communication, the only reason I can see that you are posting this here, 
twice, is to either get some level of revenge against preston (whomever
he is, and no that is not an invitation to tell me) or to bad mouth him
in public in an attempt to make sure that anything he does is tainted. 

This sounds more like a personal matter.  And to clarify I was not
asking for an explanation, all questions or inferences of questions are
rhetorical, I not only do not require an answer nor do I want one.  I 
just want some thought on why this was done.
