[Asterisk-biz] NuFone BLIND rates?

Several emails (many of them they claim they did not receive), but so 
far still no rates for the calls.

I need to find a replacement for NuFone!!!

I use now VoipJet and Voxee.
Broadvoice is due to their cheating to me not an option anymore (I paid 
40 US$ for one minute call to USA)

If you know from reliable termination partners, please tell me.
