Hi all,

I wanted to introduce the latest product from Drishti-Soft Solutions, the DACX predictive dialer. DACX Dialer can work with variuos PBX solutions including Asterisk to cater to the complete dialing requirements of the client.

When working with Asterisk, the dialer interfaces with the Asterisk manager API to support protocols like SIP, IAX, and ISDN (using Zaptel). The dialer has
