the problem was solved. My IPs are not 'authenticated' correctly by their
servers.

603 is what you are seeing on your side. What about the provider? Is
there a way you can get what is he seeing on his Switch Log when you
send a call. That is where you need to look for the errors on your side.
Send me your configs and let me have a look at it.
