Ok so then I can purchase these DID's and terminate them to a PSTN line in 
the US and there are no per minute charges? Is this correct?

So then the calls will be PSTN from the caller all the way into our 
equipment in the US? No VOIP?

If I am correct the cost would be the base DID charge you mentioned plus $10 
per month to terminate to a PSTN number.

Sorry, maybe I totally missed what you were trying to get across..
