I'm testing them now. Call quality to the destinations I'm testing seems
fine.

Their administrative interface (check/replenish balance, view CDRs,
etc.) only supports IE. So I have to do all that on a separate machine.
Their front facing website is browser compatible though. (Also while
this admin interface is quite nice, it was clearly meant to do something
a bit different).
