I'd like to see the numbers for g729 and ilbc :)

Speex.... ouch... No wonder I haven't seen it in any devices yet (although
the PA168 is supposed to get it in some future release... after iLBC is
done).

Here's a comparison of the various codecs on a 533 Mhz Xscale. This is
with speex 1.1.7, with fixed point and arm assembly enabled... I was
pleased to see that the other codecs, besides speex, scale roughly
comparable with clock vs a vs the P4....
