Enlighten us here. How can you send Long distance calls on local trunks,
when you have these trunks designed to send calls to particular rate
centers?

Are you saying that there is a way to send long distance calls on these
lines, but the
RBOC may not be watching it all the time?

This does not make any sense. Why would RBOC allow you to send it beyond
the designed rate centers and exchange codes programmed in the trunks,
without blocking them in the first place?

Am I missing something here?

Ehsan seems to be asking something different, he wants the traffic go
through a PRI rather than on IP to a distant gateway, for QOS.

Are we interpreting all this stuff differently?.
