I can't find US rates either. I also would want to know 
minimum/increment and absolutely must have fractional cents billing. I 
tried it with and without my reading glasses. Maybe if I mention "clowns 
and wannabees playing ecommerce" one more time the info will appear on 
the website.

I don't intend to single out grnvoip.com with such a remark. This list 
has provided me with links to many other websites that were equally bad 
and some were much worse. I think a text-only website that is complete 
and functional impresses me a lot more than a pretender site.

But I am a mean SOB. If the pages are generated by frontpage and the 
url's end in .asp I tend to be judgemental about the company. I guess I 
prefer to do business with a company that would hire more linux geeks at 
all levels, including web design.
