The Mexican PGR http://www.pgr.gob.mx/ arrested two people connected with
Vonage here in Mexico.   The arrest team included members of SCT
(http://portal.sct.gob.mx/SctPortal/) and Comission Federal de
telecomunicaciones (http://www.cofetel.gob.mx).
