When a website does not work with firefox/netscape/mozilla versions less 
than a year old, it tells me that they are "playing ecommerce". Clowns 
and wannabees. Who cares what the rates are in that case? I don't expect 
good support from a company that thinks everyone is using the same web 
browser.
