For a "few hundred" for testing, I recommend getting some ink-jet business card pages (10-to-page) from an office supply store. I'd avoid using a laser printer for them, since the toner tends to flake off. You should be able to get the PINs printed using your favorite word processor and a mail merge. cheers, glenn
