I can give you 212 and tollfree DIDs via T.38. My gateway is Max TNT.

I will donate some 212 DIDs to anyone who is going to use them to get T.38 
working.

Keep in mind there's a existing bounty on T.38, and I believe Steve 
Underwood is currently working on it.
