[Asterisk-biz] voip units?

Any suggestions for Sipura-like VoIP units? I've been informed that the 
Sipura-2000's have bad noise, and I've purchased 11 units and they do 
have a 'static' noise.. I'm looking for some good quality VoIP boxes 
(not phones right now, just the converter) that're small and 
low-profile.  It's important to have as small a size as possible..
