Dear all,

     Can someone explain about US toll-free nunber again.
My A-Z carrier in US tell me 
1. US toll-free number  2-5 c / min it's mean only call from US number
2. For international toll-free number 1.5 Usd / min can call from anywhere
outside US free of charge.

It's that true ?

I'm looking for internation toll-free number for my prepaid calling card
customer. How I do and how much it's cost.
