It features the author of the OSMM, Bernard Golden. I think he provides 
a strong argument for the business case behind Open Source Software. Of 
particular interest to purveyors of *-based systems is his comment that 
"Corporate Management wants business functionality from IT". That 
organizations want customer-facing or vendor-facing technologies that 
help them run their business more efficiently. I think that's good news 
for us!
