They have the absolute worst customer service but reliability is great.

I signed up last week with them, and the whole process was automated,
try it again 
via the web site.

also the gentleman from them is on msn with me, and if have a problem he
helps 
me out.

Our auto provisioning will be available next month, so if u still need
it then, i would 
be there for u.
