[Asterisk-biz] Looking for voice broadcast termination in the U.S.

I am looking for providers for VoIP to TDM termination in the U.S. This
is for a voice broadcast application. Requirements are:

 

2 calls per second setup

SIP or AIX

uLaw and G.729 codecs

Max. 250 concurrent calls

Ability to transfer to 800 at called party request

Ability to set ANI to 800 number

Traffic between the hours of 4:00PM to 9:00PM EST Monday to Friday
