No VoIP is not illegal in Canada. Canada has a 7% GST and I can assure you
that this is not a way around paying it.
GST is a Goods and Services Tax. On all services sold in Canada GST MUST be
> "THE CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY AGREES TO NOT USE THE SERVICE TO COMPLETE CALLS
> THAT BOTH BEGIN AND END WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF CANADA."
