Yes, you are right, and as you wrote
>Nuphone is not responsible for support of everyone who just installed

its good, but mistake in something
I already have instaled and in production many asterisk stations
I'm routing trafic between them and three SIP and IAX voip carriers
so I'm sure I read manuals and wiki web pages
I wrote cause the problem may not be in the asterisk configuration files
and may not be even in the config they sent me
More over, just to be sure the problem was not in asterisk files, I used two
software SIP phone
they both register fast in NuFone, but I could not call with any of them
the same 403 error
my asterisk files follows
<-----------
sip file
[switch-2.nufone.net]
context=nufone
type=peer
host=switch-2.nufone.net
username=myuser
secret=mysecret
canreinvite=yes
nat=yes
extensions
...
exten => _011N.,1,Dial(sip/${EXTEN}@switch-2.nufone.net)
....
some asterisk sip debug
the register process
