If you get a Free World Dialup number...   Libretel provides dial-in access 
numbers across the United States (at least) that allow you to dial FWD 
numbers from a normal phone.     There are also a few providers that will 
give you a DID for your FWD ID.       Check out http://fwd.pulver.com
