Greetings all,

VCCH, Inc. has a client in the international callback business that
literally had their business (almost) obliterated by the September 11,
2001 attacks on NYC.  They (and many, many others it must be said) had
equipment in the affected area.  The recovery from that meltdown is on
going for our client, NYC and so on.

We wish to hear from other principals involved in the international
callback, rate arbitrage trade who might be interested in setting up
reciprocal agreements whereby in case of dire emergency, businesses
could be kept going with less downtime and loss of presence.
