I agree with John about clickatel. I've used Ipippi and Clickatel and
was much happier with Clickatel since you can use their API regardless
of how many credits you buy. Ipippi is a smaller setup and required a
setup fee to get the API information. Given Clickatel's size their per
message rates were quite acceptable depending on your application.
