[Asterisk-biz] Asterisk training and certification ::AstriconTraining

When I got my "3Com Networked Telephony Specialist" cert, it was $1,500 for
three days of "bootcamp". Then I left their facility and went back to my
office and took an online open book exam. The class was real but the cert
was a joke. I needed the class to get up to speed on the NBX since I had
very little experience with it. Only thing is (or at least used to be), you
need to have two certified people on staff at a company to resell the NBX
product line.

At least with the Cisco/Sylvan cert setup they check you're ID and you are
tested under a controlled and observed environment. They test your
knowledge and don't charge an arm and a leg to do it.

Thanks,
Steve
