I know this is several hours after the fact, but just in case you guys are
sleeping.. How about we move this to a more private setting now (ie: direct
email).. I didn't sign up with this mailing list to watch flamewars brew..
If I wanted one, I would just go into #linuxhelp and start saying BSD is
better.. :P

That is their fault for not properly authenticating major requests like
that.

The ex-employee should not have access to the company email address after
they have been fired, provided there is anyone with a clue inside of that
company.

Fact: You demanded a refund, I sent the money to the paypal account where
the money came from. How was I to know that it was no longer valid? Then
instead of contacting us directly to resolve this matter properly, you
decided to move to a public forum with your complaints.

Fact: I informed you it was not valid when I requested the contact change
three weeks prior to firing you. You yourself noted that emails going to
that address bounced back. You gloated about that FACT.

Bottom Line Fact: I don't care about the $42 that you burned me for. I
like other people on this list are trying to help you but you cannot see
that. So at this point I am just getting the record straight for future
customers considering giving you any money. Don't do it. Any company that
operates this way will fail and where will you be when it does? Your phones
will stop working and your DIDs will disappear.
