[asterisk-app-dev] [Stasis] ChannelVarset is not raised for global variables

I would expect to propagate the events related with global variables to every channel and Stasis application without an explicit subscription.

Anyway, if an application needs to manually subscribe to receive the global variable events, how should I proceed?
