[asterisk-app-dev] New npm package: asterisk-config

If anyone needs an nodejs asterisk config file reader that handles
templates and includes. I just published 'asterisk-config' to npm.  You can
parse files locally or via AMI and it will handle normal config files as
well as extensions.conf type files.
