You appear to be loading and using chan_sip, not chan_pjsip. You can
either configure it OR if you want to use chan_pjsip then you will have
to explicitly noload it in your modules.conf

Your configuration is incomplete for chan_pjsip. An endpoint section is
required. A wiki page is available at
https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Configuring+res_pjsip which
has examples.
